"Any Marriott-managed hotel has room floor plans and cabinets that serve all purposes, with good amenities including smiling and friendly staff, like Honesty, Damaris at the front desk, and Irma, a smiling and kind chef in the good restaurant for quality breakfast. NOT just breakfast but Quality Breakfast for good health with fresh banana, cut cantaloupe, etc."

"First the man at the front desk said that my reservation was canceled by Expedia and to call Expedia. The phone numbers that I found for Expedia customer service were wrong, one was a company that does adult chat lines. Then the front desk said that the manager of the hotel canceled my reservation because they had issues with several of their rooms. I was NOT notified of this prior to my arrival. Then the front desk finds me a room which was disgusting, no pillow cases for the old worn stained pillows, one of the beds was not clean with hair on the sheets, all counters were dirty, and there was pink and gray/black MOLD on the door frame of the bathroom! I had no where else to go, all hotels were booked due to the BTS concert. The light outside of my room was not working so I didn’t feel safe opening my door or leaving my luggage in the room. I came for the BTS concert and all I could do was cry because I had no where else to go. It was a horrible experience and I am requesting a refund because it was not worthy of the $500 I paid for it. It was beyond disappointing. Please respond."

"We come to El Paso frequently for medical procedures for my husband. Since I know that I have a lot of down time I pick a hotel that can provide me with activities. I was able to safely walk to shopping (Ross, Marshall's, Burlington are my stores.) I also can walk to the adult beverage store and the Mediterranean restaurant down the street was fabulous! The room was spacious and clean. The pool was clean also. One day the pool was closed for a short time and the front desk knew how important that was to me and called to tell me that it was reopened. The breakfast was really good and it was nice to eat on real plates and have the choice of coffee mugs instead of paper. It was an all around great stay. I highly recommend. Oh, the elevator was tricky because you had to hold your room card up to a sensor and push the floor button. Inconvenience to set my coffee down on the floor, but I 100% support safety! Thank you!"
