Had a hotel security guard knock on my door at 10:30 at night. He stated he was looking for a dress from a previous stay two days earlier in same room. Hotel security and front desk acknowledged it was legit. Won’t be staying again if this is standard procedure.

Reserved two weeks in advance. Upon check-in asked for a first floor room due to our age. Was told by the unfriendly woman that I should have requested that when reserving. Finally gave us a room in the first floor but it was the worst. It was on freeway side with car noise, bright street lights ...
