Secluded Texas Getaway

Enjoyed the amount of land surrounding the home which made the property feel very private. Lots of space inside and every room has its own bathroom which is nice for large groups. Host was also great and extremely responsive to our needs.

Great experience

Overall great experience. Heated pool and hot tub was a winner in this cold weather. Lots of wildlife spotted on the property. Nicely secluded with good access to a small town close by for any last minute supplies.

Great place for small or large groups to get away

7/14/24: A family group of eight (3 generations) stayed at "The Ranch" (our granddaughter came up with that name). The place is beautiful, spacious, and well stocked. There are many things to do there from hanging out at the pool and BBQing, playing a game of pool, or going for a walk and spotting whitetail deer (especially in the morning). The location is remote and secluded to get away but also Waco is only a short drive.

Family Fun

This was such a great getaway! Everything was absolutely perfect! We are already planning on our next trip out there. There were so many little touches in the house that made it feel so relaxing for the adults and fun for the kids. It felt so secluded and peaceful but was easy to run into town. The hosts were also wonderful! They touched base several times and despite not needing anything while we were there, I felt like if something did come up, they would be available to help. We would love to go again!

Simply Amazing

We had the most amazing family reunion. It was simply perfect and so much of it was because of Mindy and the Xenia property.The rooms were gorgeous, clean with a fantastic design. It was fun a relaxing with something for everyone to enjoy. Great swimming pool , basketball, tetherball, pool table, shuffleboard, pickleball and just enjoying the view and wildlife. Mindy was super nice and always worked to make sure it was a great gathering. Hope to be back soon !
