"Pros: Check in was easy. Newly updated home. Nicely furnished. Fenced back yard. Very reasonably priced. Cons: Pervasive smell throughout the entire home, presumably from the open unfinished cellar (no door from kitchen to open cellar below). Master bed VERY firm and has divot in it."
