9.6/10 Exceptional! (314 reviews)
Paolo and Alvis were especially helpful at check in and check out. But every single person at the reception is fantastic, it’s 24 hours you hand in your key they take care of it until you’re back whenever you want to come. Housekeeping was great and the room was incredibly clean. The area is quiet: mostly student and residential and is a 10 min walk from the metro station Bologna which connects you to Roma Termini (central station) in case you want to do day trip away from Rome, the Colosseum and many more main attractions is on the same direct line. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants around, and good night time vibe. Recommend visiting the museum that is just down the street from the hotel. Breakfast was included and was simple and tasty, coffee drinks were amazing and the staff is so lovely in the morning. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

8.8/10 Excellent! (184 reviews)
Location was amazing because it was close to everything and the room had two queen beds. However, the building is very outdated. You have to walk up slippery stairs or take a very tiny elevator that felt unsafe. There’s only one person on site at reception, so no one offered to take luggage. The reception and dinning room are combined, and very poorly kept and dusty. Definitely did not feel like eating at their establishment. From reception to elevator, you have to walk through very narrow doors that don’t stay open and don’t allow accessibility to get through with luggage. The hallway wooden floors make noise as you walk on them. The worst part was the shower. The walls had mold and the shower head was moldy and clogged up. Overall, I was disappointed and grossed out with this place. Not accessible for kids or older people. Do not recommend.

8.4/10 Very good! (108 reviews)
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was always welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and many of Naples' main attractions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.
