"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell it is faily new. Not sure if it was just built or if it is newly renovated. The beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. They were so soft and comfortable. "

"Provisions Cafe is a 10/10, access to the ferry is a 5 minute walk. Only negative is there no market close. House is homey feel ready with easy access and good secure feel. Property Manager was in constant communication and ready to fulfill any and all needs. Very receptive to constructive criticism to help improve experience. "This spot, the house behind the houses part of a trio of small homes on the property with it’s own parking off the alley. Beautiful interior with a great tub and comfy bed. The neighborhood is near the waterfront in Vallejo - many of the places in this area have been renewed. The spot was just right for us! "

"Avoid this property at all costs. The location is sketchy and feels genuinely unsafe. Inside, the place is filthy, not just dirty, but neglected and crawling with ants. This is not a vacation rental, it’s a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I’ve attached 8 photos, which is the maximum allowed, but I have over 30 more documenting the unacceptable conditions. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This listing should be removed."
