2 bedroom apartment with private pool, tennis & padel, near the sea

  • Apartment of 93 m2 with all comforts in a luxurious villa, air conditioning, wifi, large screen TV with all world channels, equipped kitchen, private swimming pool, terraces with deckchairs, lounge and garden table, ping-pong table, tennis courts (rackets provided if needed) and padel padel glued to the villa, very easy access, private parking, strategically placed: 1.8 KM from the beach, 8 km from Dolceacqua, 5 minutes from Bordighera, 20 minutes from Sanremo and 35 minutes from Monaco.
    The property is maintained and secured by a couple of caretakers living on site, they will be happy to guide you in the search for restaurants, visits, choice of beaches... throughout your stay. Possibility of a "suite" type room in addition, which can accommodate an additional adult couple and 2 children. It consists of a bedroom with its bathroom, a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker,.. a living room, gym, giant screen ... all air-conditioned. Info on request.

For us (a family with 2 teenagers) it was perfect. Very good privacy, garden with grapefruits, lemons, oranges. Good parking space. Apartment had everything we needed in good quality. Two supermarkets are within 2-3 minute drive distance. Tennis club (you can book a court online) literally just next door.

Wat een héérlijk verblijf, perfect schoon, alles aanwezig wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben, geweldig zwembad, voldoende zitjes in de tuin en op het terras. De gastheer en -vrouw zijn de buren en ontzettend aardig, behulpzaam en attent. Wij hadden de fiets bij ons, wat echt een aanrader is: erg leuk om langs de kust te fietsen.
