I was really pleasantly surprised by how nice and comfy the hotel was, as well as being clean and well maintained. The two desk clerks were very helpful also, as well as managing the small downstairs bar which was a nice feature. The place is by the train station and it seemed perfectly safe to me. The walk to the beach was just over 15 minutes, so quite convenient.

This is boutique chic hotel in the area close to everything. The staff is so amazing. Will help with anything you need.
Thank you, Sebastian for being our host for the short time we stayed couldn’t have made our Nice trip pleasant! Rooms are spacious if you need a three person stay very clean very accommodating. Will be returning soon.

This is an older hotel that sits right across tge street from the best beach in Nice. It is very close to restaurant row. The staff are very helpful.
The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable.
For the price you get a beautiful room at a great location.
Just overlook some of the dated furnishings and you will be very happy.
