It did take a little while to get a reply to original communication via Expedia after booking - ie 24 hrs or so, however when we arrived we had a fabulous stay. Lovely building with a boutique feeling, wonderful helpful friendly staff, incredible breakfast - the best I’ve experienced anywhere abroad. Did I mention the breakfast?! Herbal tea and coffee available all day, lovely toiletries in the rooms, eco practices, very close to the cathedral and sights. The rooms were a little compact and dark due to no natural light and not a super amount of room to seperate twin beds but overall I’d stay here again in a heart beat. This hotel really will add to a great experience and memory of Seville. The staff really help to make your stay special.

"Perfect location. Bathroom a great size and the shower was nice and powerful. The pool area was pleasant. One big negative for us was that the breakfast only offered self-service coffee machine which for us is not decent enough in a four star hotel. When we go away we want to be pampered."
