"This was our first stay at a Riu Palace and really enjoyed it. the only complaint we had was the food in two of the restaurants were left to be desired. "

"The poolside bar was good. Rooms were cleaned upon request and they did a good job. Staff were nice. "

"The maid did not leave towels, soap, and toilet paper some days. The pool concierge just takes your towels and clothes and moves them, and is very rude."

"Very nice resort, great food, great beach. The only problem is, do not expect a booking at an à la carte restaurant. The butlers they assign to you to do the bookings tell you every morning that the restaurant is not available. Most likely it's a tactic to keep restaurant bookings down."
