"We loved Pogerola-a quiet town up above Amalfi with a few nice restaurants and a beautiful terrace with bar and gelaterie!
There is a bus stop nearby only costs 1.50 euro to get up and down the hill from Amalfi.
We walked down the path with steps to the town …beautiful walk took about 30 mins
It was a delightful stay !! "

"Over all our stay at Amalia place was great. Amalia was very helpful in regards to any information we needed about the area. Adding kettle in to the room could be extra plus specially after long walk and dreaming about good coffee.

"A fantastic spot in the peace and quiet but close enough to the must see areas on the Amalfi Coast. Felt like a home away from home. Sitting on the terrace for breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. "

"Huset var helt okej, men det fanns ingen AC så väldigt varmt. Och det var fullt med mygg och ödlor utanför så man var tvungen att skynda sig in så inte de också skulle komma in. Sedan var det väldigt svårt att ta sig in till parkeringen om man har lite större bil. Sedan var de alldeles för långt till alla sevärdigheter skulle ta 6 min bil till Amalfi men det tog 28 min till Amalfi med bil, detta gjorde oss alla väldigt besvikna. "

"If you can make it up the 70-80 something steps with your luggage, you’re in for a treat. This hotel is very kind. Very clean. The free breakfast buffet is incredible. Wide variety of options and everything was fantastic. Best breakfast buffet I’ve had from an hotel.
Things your gps probably won’t tell you. There is a private pedestrian tunnel on the edge of Amalfi to take you through the hill into Atrani. Avoiding the winding mountain road where there is no sidewalks. Makes walking everywhere an easy breeze.
The staff is very polite and professional. Our room was clean. Spacious. Gorgeous view of the ocean and mountains from our balcony.
