The room was extremely clean, comfortable and has the amenities necessary. One of the things we really liked is the amazing coffee machine. Lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, etc - lovely! The only thing that surprised us was no parking at the hotel - however, right next door is a parking garage that did have security personnel but that costs a max of $25 in a 24 hour period. I would definitely stay here again when attending the Hollywood Bowl.

This property is in a nice location. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast buffet and omelet station were great! Happy hour is also a really nice thing they do.
Some things to improve are cleanliness of certain items like tv remotes and the pool area after people have used it. It would also be great if you could sign into personal streaming services on the tvs and not be limited to their available channels.

The shopping was good at the grove air conditioner in room was ok staff didnt help at all with luggage getting it all out taxi and into hotel and the same leaving which was disapointing also had to ask for towels all the time

Staff were very friendly.
Room for the most part was clean. Fridge was stocked. Linens and supplies were provided.
My only issue was that my window blind didn’t fully work. The blackout portion worked, but the drapes didn’t go up to see out the window.

"All was great except the food. Room service options were very basic, the burger I got was undercooked (not rare, but oddly very raw in the middle..by oddly I mean I could see tendons and the outline of the ground beef) and thr chips were floppy and cold.
