Had issues with the A/C unit and when I notified the property through WhatApp they never responded. Bathroom was dirty as far as the walls go. Coffee maker looked like it had not been clean in while. First cup of coffee mad was horrible.

Getting in contact with Property. The phone numbers provided would not answer. Villa had no drinking water and stove top did not work. Terrace was really dirty, lots of spider webs. No other amenities were offered. There was no parking available. We parked on the side road.

The reviews on this property on Google, Expedia and other platforms are very mixed & had us doubting our booking. But with all honesty we fell in love with the room, patio, and rooftop. We had access to a keurig in our room with plenty of kcups & more than enough water bottles for our stay. I did read in previous reviews the tv didn’t work. Ours was never able to connect to the wifi, but we also didn’t mind. Our neighbors mentioned their tv had full access and connected to the wifi with no problem so could have just been a minor issue with our room specifically. We enjoy the contactless check in. And if anything is needed the hosts were quick to respond. We had no issue transferring the funds to their account. The place itself was in our opinion in the best location of Valle. And it’s also easy access to the main road towards Ensenada. Casa Frida & King & Queen Cantina are so close. King & queen is walking distance. The bed was comfy and so were the pillows. It was clean. Rooftop and patio sets could use more maintenance and be more detailed but also they’re outside and it’s not a hotel with employees on site so its not going to be as detailed as a hotel would. We had no issue with the shower. Warm water instantly and good water pressure. We enjoyed our stay and location and we would go back and def go even in a group to this stay. Some reviews stated they didn’t include towel service. Our room did. The only thing to pack for your stay is an iron & blow dryer.

The room was very clean and nice modern styling. The bad part is the all dirt roads leading to the property. Lack of sufficient parking. No internet access, they kept saying that it would be reset but in the two days that I was there it never worked. There's no iron or blow dryer so don't forget to bring your own. I was there for a concert being held down the road and while returning to the room people residing there in the same community has blocked the front main entrance with vehicles and I had to wait outside in my car untill past 1 a.m. to gain access to the property

Valle de Guadalupe Stay
Beautiful property and location. I still prefer personal interaction. The entire check in process was electronic. Poor property directions and signage. Three dirt roads before we got to the property and only then did we see a 2’x3’ banner at the far end of the location. Found it by luck. But once we got there, everything was great.

Chateaux del Valle is one of the most beautiful stays I've had, maybe ever. The location and landscape is exceptional. The rooms were: incredible clean, loved the small details, immaculate shower, fireplace was really nice. Daniel's communication was excellent (he provided all details via WhatsApp, super easy). Overall just an incredible experience. Also, super close to loads of wineries. If I had to say one thing that can be approved, would be some signage. I do know they recently opened (Dec 19'), so I'm sure they are in the process of getting that all setup. I would highly recommend staying here, I certainly know I'll be back!

This hotel has potential, but it is absolutely not ready for guests. I asked before I left if there was heat because I could have brought a space heater with me. I was assured there was, but the mini spilt did not work and we did not have heat and it was in the 40's at night and rainy. We used the gas fireplace for heat, but it had a really weird gas smell and did not feel safe so we had to shut it off. We also did NOT HAVE HOT WATER for 4 days and 3 nights. So we could not take a shower to warm up.

The Good - Absolutely beautiful views of a part of the VGD. It is new so the room was clean, bed was comfortable. Great communication from the staff to let you know how to pay and how to get there. Daniel was fantastic! The Bad - The door to the room... it was a struggle each time. You have to be sure there are no little rocks on the channel and it took two of us to lock. When you're inside, you have to lock yourself in. Leave the key on the lock - if there was some emergency the last thing you would want is to frantically search for the key to get yourself out. The noise - the "concrete" looking walls which we believe are in fact drywall provide no noise cancellation/insulation. Saturday was a terrible night of sleep - no sleep, really. There was a fiesta happening in a near house or perhaps winery that sounded as though was happening in the little courtyard. Then about 4am a couple arrived in the adjacent room... nonstop talking all morning. They might as well have been in our room. We hardly slept. And the dirt roads - but I suppose this is everywhere. The entrance to this place is still not done. All dirt road. Available/limited parking. Saturday night had to partially park in road area. Couldn't imagine if there was any rain! No way you could get or get out of this place. Concrete room - take slippers! You have to ask for a blow dryer as it is not provided in room. Overall - I would say the view was the best aspect of this place... would we return... meh, not sure.

Cabins are recently built, cozy, and beautiful. Very very clean. The property is out of the way and a great place to unwind. Make sure you understand the directions on how to get there before hitting the road. Other than that no issues. The grounds keeper was very attentive. Highly recomend.

Todo muy bien, el lugar muy tranquilo y agradable. La ubicación es buena, ya que está muy cercano a varios lugares de interés. Lo único que si deberían dar una mejor indicación para la llegada, ya que pierdes un poco de tiempo descifrando que está dentro de un complejo con más casas y especificar de una manera mas claramente que No es un hotel a los usuarios de aplicaciones hoteleras, no cuenta con recepción ni servicios adicionales. Algo más que añadiría, es no dejarle la responsabilidad al cliente de contactarlos el día de ingreso cuando está claro que no tienes recepción. Fuera de esto, mi estadía fue muy agradable.
