Cuadra restaurada de tres plantas de principios del siglo XX. en plena Reserva del Saja.

Con una extensa parcela donde se puede acceder con coche y disfrutar el jardín privado.
Posee una socarrena con Barbacoa para cenas meriendas y comidas.

La casa está totalmente equipada con una amplia cocina de leña y vitrocerámica.

Cuatro habitaciones y cuatro baños, un amplio salón en la planta baja con chimenea.

Tres habitaciones con camas de matrimonio y la cuarta con dos camas individuales de 90cm.

Uno de los habitaciones tiene su baño propio en suite, recibidor y un balcón soleado.

Los cuatro baños están repartidos entre las tres plantas de la casa, en la planta baja con plato de ducha, en la primera planta uno con plato de ducha, otro con bañera, y la ultima en la tercera planta con bañera.

Se encuentra a 50 minutos de Santander, 30 minutos de Comillas, 10 minutos de Bárcena Mayor.
