The employees were very attentive and didn’t laugh at me when I found a baby scorpion in my room in the middle of the night - they promptly changed me to another room. The in suite jacuzzi was a nice touch and a wonderful way to relax. Would definitely recommend if you’re in this city! It’s within walking distance from delicious restaurants, the centre and an easy drive to Chichen Itza
