Hotel en zone piétonne donc meme si parking possible à l'hôtel, il est dans une autre rue donc acces à l'hôtel en voiture peu pratique. Arrivée à partir de 14h et non midi comme indiqué dans la réservation donc on a du revenir avec le problème de la voiture en zone piétonne. Le personnel ne parle pas français, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site et un peu anglais. En conclusion, hôtel très bien situé pour visiter le centre ville, mais pas pratique pour une etape en voiture.

Destaca ubicación, amabilidad y precio

Excelente ubicación. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones grandes, colchones muy cómodos y limpieza impecable. La pega es que las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, lo que se nota sobre todo en las ventanas y en las bañeras de los baños. Aún así ya he estado 2 veces y por ubicación- amabilidad-precio repetiría.

Céntrico. Estupendo para conocer la ciudad, está justo detrás de la Plaza Mayor. Un punto menos positivo...la habitación no estaba hasta las 14:00 horas...El parking, cerrado, está en el edificio de al lado, son 13 euros, pero te olvidas de estar con la zona azul.

Good value hotel.

Car parking is not on site as advertised. It is in a public carpark 2 blocks away, but €2 pn discount is given with Hotel stamp on ticket. Can drive near to front door for drop off/pick up of bags. Bland rooms contrast with the ambiance of common areas. Well located in central town for walking to tourist sites.

La ubicación es inmejorable, a dos pasos de la Plaza Mayor de Valladolid. El hotel es muy antiguo, aunque se nota que le han hecho pequeñas reformas y mejoras (la televisión es nueva, el secador también, la máquina de aire acondicionado...). Es un hotel barato pero hay detalles que no cuestan nada (no hay soporte para los rollos de papel del baño, no hay soporte para la alcachofa de la ducha...). Los pasillos necesitan un pequeño repaso de pintura. Mal insonorizado, se escucha todo tanto de la calle como de los pasillos. El trato del personal, excesivamente frio. Calificación final: muy pasable.

O Hotel era bem localizado, porém em uma via bem ruim de entrar com o carro... e para usar o estacionamento, era necessário agendar com antecedência. Great staff, very helpful. Comfortable bed. Breakfast not included. Small elevator and very narrow halls. No parking on site, had to walk 5 minutes from parking garage. Parking incurred extra charge. Very narrow street access to hotel. The room was stuffy, without air circulation, due to time of year changing to fall (air conditioning shut down).
