Location very close to the central plaza. Food nearby and there is a small pool to cool off. Clean rooms. Parking is about 50m away at the Burger King and cost an addtional 60 pesos with a voucher from the hotel.

Heat pump issue
Everything is fine but the heat pump sounded like vacuum cleaner all night long ! It’s too loud & can’t sleep

Buena opción buscas es algo económico
Un hotel sencillo, la limpieza es adecuada y la ubicación es excelente en el centro de Valladolid, el estacionamiento esta justo enfrente del hotel. Sus áreas de oportunidad son la comodidad de las camas, y que no hay mosquiteros en las ventanas de la habitación y estaban abiertas a nuestra llegada, por lo que tuvimos que batallar con los mosquitos durante la noche.

Was a great stay! The staff was extremely helpful in finding a bank, particular foods, etc. The room was very clean, comfortable, and secure. We had air conditioning and there is a small pool there

Terrible experience
We stay only one night but it was an awful experience. First of all to access our room we have to go thru the pool area, which was overflowed. The water was 8 inch deep. Our feet and shoes get wet. The room and bathroom were dirty. We asked the reception guy that at least they should clean the bathroom, which they did. The next morning the door did not open. We have to scream thru a window for help. They could not open the door. I have to break a window screen, ask for a screwdriver and a hammer (they did not have one). They gave me the screwdriver and an adjustable wrench. With this I take out the door hinges. I should receive a refund.

Pros: * fantastic location * friendly and helpful receptionist (Eduardo) * spacious room Con: * showerhead was blocked; thus it had to be removed while i was taking a shower. this concern was reported to the frontdesk

Horrible !!! Las fotos que anuncian no son nada reales, de igual manera; mencionan que tiene estacionamiento eso es MENTIRA mi papá tuvo que pagarle a unos guardias de seguridad para que cuidaran su moto de viaje. Pongan información real, pésimo no lo recomendamos para nada

Unprepared staff.
Although the location was great, the experience wasn’t good. When we booked, the offer said it was a queen bed. When we arrived it was a “matrimonial” that is very small, as we are a couple of 2 men. So we asked for a bigger bed and had to pay a bit more for that. The problem was that the room had a big window for the corridor, where there was a very strong light that went directly to the bed, and the curtains did block it properly. I asked the manager to turn off the light, which led the corridor with indirect light, allowing me to sleep and at the same time the corridor wasn’t in the dark. but all the time this very impolite Mexican couple would go there and turn on the lights, waking me up. I went again to turn it off and the couple started shouting at me and saying they would leave the lights on, even though there was no big difference for them and at the same time it wouldn’t allow me to sleep. We called the manager and he did exactly nothing to help. Also, it was very noisy.

Accueil tres cordial. Viel hôtel dans le vieux quartier. Bien entretenu et très propre. Le personnel a répondu à toutes mes requêtes avec diligence ( même si je ne parle pas espagnol ). Chambre très grande et espace commun extérieure super. J'en garde un bon souvenir. Un remerciement spécial à Fernando.

Cuidado con los precios, estancia agradable
Llegué a horas avanzadas de la tarde y habían vendido la habitación que había reservado (una doble a 450 pesos), por lo que me guardaron una king size como upgrade. Upgrade que pretendieron cobrarme por 150 pesos más, añadido a que había pagado en efectivo puesto que al llegar me comunicaron que no se había podido hacer el cargo en la tarjeta (al final resultó que sí). De modo que solamente pretendían devolverme 300 pesos, en vez de 450. Así, me estarían cobrando su error/mala fe (¿?) a 600 pesos. Al final, como me tuve que quedar otra noche, añadí nada más otros 50 pesos (con lo que la king size acabó valiendo 500, no 600). A parte de esto: El hotel está situado en el mero centro de Valladolid. Es agradable y el personal es muy amable. La piscina es muy pequeña, pero está en un patio interior agradable para desayunar (si te lo traes) o tomar algo. La habitación king size tiene una arquitectura interesante. La ventana del baño privado da a la piscina, mientras que la ventana de la habitación da a los baños compartidos de la recepción. He visto distribuciones parecidas en casas particulares de la zona.

Las personas que te atienden super amables y siempre con la sonrisa en la boca. Claro que vuelvo a ir aunque en momentos se le va la señal a la televisión. Solo un detalle, he pedido factura de mi estancia y aún no me la envían, y ya casi se cumple un mes. De ahí en fuera todo excelente
