Abbiamo trascorso due notti in un appartamento ed è stato una piacevole sorpresa. È molto pulito e il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento è abbastanza grande e si trova in un ottima posizione a 5 min a piedi dalla cattedrale e dal cenote Zaci e a 20 min dal convento di San Bernardino. Avremo avuto anche piacere di rimanere una notte in più. Se torniamo a Valladolid torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura.

Gorgous/Beutifull and super clean.
All areas were super clean as the employees scrubed and mopped the entire time we ate and cooked. The rooms are beutifull with new furniture, beutifully tiled floors, super clean bathrooms and wall installed air conditioning units and super fast fan.

Two day stop over
Great value for money the place is very basis but clean spacious only a 10 minute walk away from the main square 15 from the bus station and plenty of cafes shops on the way and with it being slightly out it’s a lot quieter.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. However, the A/C did not work very well. We had it set to the lowest temperature and it barely seemed to make a difference in the room. Luckily the ceiling fan was very powerful and helped a lot. The WiFi was also not very great, so might be something to keep in mind if you will need to depend on WiFi during your trip.

Great Location
The location of this property is great. Only a few bocks from the Central Plaza. The reception desk speaks very little English, and were not able to provide directions to a variety of locations. This is a combination location with both hotel rooms, as well as hostal options. I booked a room with a refrigerator and microwave, and I was please with the amenities provided. One of the added "perks" is they provide bicyle rentals.

Great stay
Great stay. Comfortable and peaceful. The bed I had in studio 5 was nice and firm, and very comfortable. I slept great. I read some reviews that said otherwise before my stay which nearly put me off, but am glad I went ahead and stayed. Hot water in the shower when needed and good overall room.

Easy walk to theZocalo
Gayser Apt. is in a great location easy walking to the Zocalo all the other sites in town. Very clean and the cleaning crew were great cleaning the room every day. Mine was an efficiency sink, fridge, micro wave and dishes. Large space. My only gripe and its a small one is the desk crew hid away from and avoided guest. I only ask one question and was met with a look of fear from the clerk.Will definitely stay there next time I am in town.

No water and very noisy
It seemed like an ok place at first but then our water stopped working and they didn’t get it fixed until the next day. Staff were mostly friendly but the building was very noisy. They were doing construction and we could hear people hammering and walking on our roof. Also the neighbors were really loud and the rooms are not soundproofed like they said.

Decent stay at fair price
Good value for the price, although if you are looking for the Colonial Mexico experience this is not the place. The bed was a bit soft for my taste, but still had a good sleep. The window looked to a corridor, so if there’s noise outside you will definitely hear it. Microwave and fridge are good additions, and the size of the room is big enough to accommodate big suitcases for 2 people.

Very basic, disappointed that the “kitchenette” has no cooktop there is only a microwave. Other that that it was fine, clean and comfortable and good value.

Everything about the stay was great with the exception of the bed. It was too soft and I could feel the Springs. There for an uncomfortable one-night stay.
