Two of them are fitted with double beds (150×200 cm and 135×190 cm), while the master bedroom offers a spacious 180×200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom, also complete and filled with natural light, features a shower as well. All bedrooms open onto a bright interior courtyard, decorated with the same artistic concept that defines the rest of the building.

The apartment complex represents a unique artistic concept, with sculptures and works of art displayed both in the common areas and within each apartment. The building combines the charm of a historic 1889 façade with a contemporary, avant-garde interior design. Additionally, it features an elevator, a heating and cooling system through underfloor heating, a shared laundry area, and a parking space available for €25 per night, which adds extra value in this prime location.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
