La ubicación de este hospedaje es excelente, se ubica en el centro a unas del ADO, la Calzada de los Frailes, el parque, el ex convento y otros sitos de interés en el centro de Valladolid. La atención por parte del personal es muy amena. La casita está rodeada de plantas y se siente mucha tranquilidad. El sitio es seguro.
