"First of all the hotel is not perfect. But, in last 9 years we have been there roughly 10-11 times. So, we like it. It's compact, quiet and comfortable for a vacation with children. City of Zalakaros is small and very nice place in a beautiful nature. They are organizing many programs during the whole year, to feel you better and enjoy your holiday there. You will find activities in the surrounding by walk or by bike. Balaton is just a short trip by car. "

"Check in was very efficient, however, failed to mention additional charges (tourist tax and another), which was charged to the card at check-out. Suggest to double check your invoice as they tend to double charge you for drunks (at the bar and putting on your room's tab as well). Breakfast was ok, a selection of cereal, deli and cheese. Although very little salad/veggies on offer. Coffee was very good (thank you!). The room was nothing special, however it was clean and the bed was comfortable....

"great place, great location just a short drive from austria, slovenia or croatia. very friendly reception, great breakfast, there is even a terrase to sit in the summer. basic rooms but you absolutely get what you pay for. it is very unfair to leave them bad reviews, for this price u simply cant get better than this! there is even gated parking and wifi for free!"
