The location is about a 10-minute walk from the train and bus station, and roughly three blocks from the park. The old town is around a 15-minute walk away. We stayed for five nights, and our only wish was that the hotel had a gym—even a small one, so we wouldn’t have had to pay a daily rate at the gym next door."

"It is a beautiful property at the center of the city. The garders are spectacular and the breakfast spread is absolutely delicious. I stay here each time I visit Aviles. My only complaint is that rooms need upgrades-- the beds/mattresses are a little stiff and they still use double twin beds pushed together to make a full/queen sized bed. Some of the wallpaper in my room was bubbling, not a big deal, but it is notable for a 5 star hotel. "
