"Domus Parva" A charming house in the woods, with a garden, near Lake Bolsena

Intimate and welcoming, the house is nestled amid the greenery of an oak forest, within the “I Felceti” Residential Tourist Village, where you can enjoy refreshing walks both along the village’s narrow streets and deep into the forest, following its many trails. <br>The “I Felceti” Village is located in the municipality of Valentano, in the Tuscia Viterbese region, in the northwestern corner of Lazio, a short distance from the borders of Tuscany and Umbria, nestled in a natural setting rich in woods and beech groves and just five minutes from the shores of the enchanting Lake Bolsena. <br>Just 20 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea, a stone’s throw from beautiful spa resorts, and not far from charming villages and splendid cities of art, it offers a truly special holiday any time of year. <br>The house has been tastefully renovated and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed (140x190), a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large window and a shower.<br>Hot/cold air conditioning in both rooms. The living room has a small balcony overlooking the garden below.<br>Free parking on the street in front of the house.<br>The house is equipped with a dedicated charging station for electric or hybrid cars.<br><br>You’ll be welcomed in person, but if needed, you can use a self-check-in system by retrieving the keys from a small safe using a private code, which will be provided to guests before arrival.<br><br>In the Village, just a stone’s throw from the house, you’ll find a tobacco shop, a newsstand, a stationery store, a beauty salon, a risotto restaurant with a wide selection of flavours, a bar with a large outdoor garden, a fully equipped playground, and tennis and padel courts.<br>A veterinary surgeon is also available for your four-legged friends.<br>The village also features a pizzeria offering takeaway and a shopping centre—within walking distance—with a supermarket, butcher shop, fruit stand, bakery, clothing store, and home improvement store.
