RULES.

By booking the house, you authorise the property owner to enter every 3 nights for maintenance of both the pool and the garden, agreeing on a day to cause the least disruption.

In addition, you agree to comply with the following rules:

-Smoking is prohibited indoors; it is permitted outdoors provided you extinguish cigarette butts in ashtrays.
-Parties, events, or bringing guests into the house are prohibited.
-Pets are not allowed.
-The property owner is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the property, or for any damage to devices plugged into the electrical socket during the tenant’s stay.
-Do not move the furniture.
-Do not perform any type of construction work, drilling, or other modifications on the walls or floors of the property.
-Do not leave spoiled food or trash in the kitchen at the end of your stay.
-The barbecue must always be used in open areas, away from hedges and trees.
-Guests must respect the area association rules and take special care not to make disruptive noise between midnight and 8 a.m.
