Urban Style by Beachside apartment is located in the heart of the Cabanyal neighborhood and 750 meters from the Arenal beach. Young and booming neighborhood full of local restaurants and bars.
This apartment has two bedrooms, a beautiful dining room with a sofa bed and Smart TV, the kitchen is fully equipped. It is ideal for 5 people.
It has Air Conditioning-Heating and high speed Wi-Fi. It has 3 balconies facing a quiet street.

The apartment has been recently renovated (July 2022).
It has an urban decoration made by an emerging artist from Valencia and the furniture is from local and national suppliers.
The apartment has two rooms. The main room has a Queen bed, built-in closet and a small balcony. The second room has a 110 X 200 bed, a built-in wardrobe and a small balcony. The living-dining room has a 150 X 200 sofa bed and Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, as well as a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave. The dining room also has a balcony. The whole house has air conditioning and duct heating. The Wifi is 1Terabyte. It is an ideal space for both families and business trips. The apartment is located 500 m from the beach and 100 m from the metro where you can connect to the center of Valencia in just 15-25 min.

Die Wohnung ist für drei Personen geeignet. Das Schlafsofa haben wir nicht benutzt. Sie liegt sehr gut in der Nähe des Hafens und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Auch zwei Fahrradstationen sind in Laufnähe. In ca. 6 Minuten Entfernung gibt es einen guten Supermarkt. Gegenüber ist eine Bäckerei. Das Viertel Cabanyal hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es bietet auch sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen. Wir haben immer die Valenbisi Fahrräder benutzt, das hat sehr gut funktioniert. Man benötigt mit ihnen ca. 30 Minuten in das Stadtzentrum und 5 Minuten zum Strand.
