The staff was marvelous- very helpful and charming. The roof top bar/lounge was a nice touch. Our room was designed well and had a functional kitchen- great for coffee/tea and heating up leftovers! And of course the location in Cuitat Vella was superb!

What I liked about the property was the location, the cleanliness, daily cleaning of room and linen changes. The Suite had a sofa and a kitchenette which was very useful. The rooftop terrace was a bonus with a lovely view of the City. Staff were helpful and efficient. Downside; I think the room needed more drawers for folded clothes and underware or maybe more shelves and hooks. The wall hooks for the bathroom robes fitted in the bathroom were hard to reach. Wardrobes were not easy to open and close, so the negatives are in the planning and installation of the fitted furniture.

Location is exceptional- literally, a few steps from the Valencia Cathedral ! It’s safe/ walkable to everything! The only aspect that wasn’t optimal was that our room felt with no ventilation- the AC was standard for all rooms-we couldn’t change the temperature.. we tried to open the two windows that we had- but a sewer smell was alway present- also, we had no vanity space aAt all- just the sink-! They have a newer hitwjya few steps further- I will probably stay there next time- customer service was great and polite- 😁

Lovely property, excellent customer service, daily cleaning available— nice to have little kitchen. Noise was fine off the town square but there was a festival Falla celebration on so naturally some noise couldn’t be avoided like fireworks. The rooftop terrace was a really nice spot to end the days with a drink. We had trouble with ants one day in the apartment but maintenance resolved swiftly and management handled brilliantly. We had a delicious complimentary breakfast on the terrace.

This property was not easy to find because the taxi driver didn’t realize (?) there’s a difference in Cabillers and Cavallers streets. After asking 3 people (so very nice!) for directions, we finally found the place. It’s located on a small street off Plaza de La Reina. A spacious room for European hotels, with an efficiency kitchen. The staff is wonderful and speaks English very well. Go for the breakfast. Many choices, you can get repeats on the food and drink and there is rooftop dining in the morning if you choose, The price is less than anything you can get in the area. The Plaza is a busy location, but this hotel is quiet. A very nice place.

A very friendly, well located hotel just off the main square. My only reservation was that our suite had no exterior view, only the central shaft of the building - rather disappointing. Otherwise, the bedroom itself was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. The best thing was the roof top terrace, and the staff up there couldn't be more helpful. The barman made beautiful Margaritas at night and Avril was the essence of great customer service for breakfast in the mornings! The plunge pool also was a welcome refreshing relief after the heat of the day. Woud we come back again? Yes we would!

This property is worth every star that it earned through superior management to the most fantastic employees we have ever met. Everyone was so genuine, friendly, professional and beyond helpful. THE LOCATION: perfectly situated to the cathedral but there’s so much more. It’s in walking distance to the MERCADO CENTRAL, great restaurants and pubs, shopping and sightseeing and transportation. THE HOTEL: the rooms were amazing and comfortable. (They need to raise the bed tho and the shower floor is slippery - Altho their oversized washcloths on the shower floor solved that quirk.) the suite was spotless and well maintained. The breakfast/bar and outdoor seating on roof was spectacular. THE STAFF: starting with Avril in the 4th floor bar. Truly the highlight of our stay. She’s very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and super friendly. We visited many times just for her. Erick during breakfast was also a star, sharing many of the same fantastic attributes. The hotel was well managed and maintained. Everyone and I mean everyone was super attentive to our every need. The front desk staff was equally amazing, friendly and professional (Angela, Karlos and there others that I regrettably forgot their names). This is a must stay for us anytime we return to Valencia.

This hotel was absolutely superb. I visited this hotel with my friend on a girls trip and it was just what we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean (we had the classic Suite). The roof top bar was gorgeous with lovely views and the drinks were reasonably priced. Although small the sun beds and pool were just right for us. Lovely to lie in the sun and read a book or go for a plunge in the Jacuzzi Pool to cool down from the sun. The staff were incredibly helpful and very attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel with its perfect location.

Wonderful stay! Had a lovely suite on the second floor. Cleaned everyday. Comfy bed. The staff were all brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Pool a little small but OK for a quick afternoon dip to cool off. Hotel is really close to some good quality restaurants and easy to walk to bus/metro stops within approx 10-15mins. Bells from the nearby cathedral did ring each hour and quite a lot more during the hour of 9-10am. Overall I would recommend this hotel to any family and friends looking to visit Valencia.

The rooms are very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the hotel is lovely. Even our budget interior room had windows and natural light. Rooftop pool, bar and terrace perfect areas for relaxing. Excellent service from really friendly, helpful staff. Kitchenette great and location ideal with handy shop round corner and off a beautiful historical square in centre of old city.

Our air conditioning was a life saver. The front desk man was so pleasant and the woman at the rooftop bar that we met twice was extremely helpful and kind. We loved the mini kitchen and cooking options and were able to cook up our fresh shrimp from Mercat Central. Thank you!

Staff was absolutely terrific. Only issue was beds were only about 15 or 16 inches at their top from the floor. Easy to drop into but a bit problematic for bigger guys trying to elevate out of bed. They say they will be changing this so inquire if that might be an issue for you.

Overall the hotel was excellent. Brilliant location to explore the old town. It was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was the rooftop bar not serving food when it stated they did and closing early. Other than that it is brilliant all round and we will be back.

Fantastic boutique hotel in The Old City - right by the cathedral and other sites and transport links (station, bus stops) within a 15min walk. Clean rooms with modern decor and fridge/hob/microwave as well as kettle and coffee maker. The rooftop terrace was perfect for a relaxing evening drink and also to start the day with breakfast cooked to order with good quality ingredients. Staff on both the front desk and the bar were professional, pleasant and helpful. For me the beds and sofa/third bed were on the hard side and the cooling seemed to be a fan rather than air conditioning - but that may be because of the time of year. Overall a great hotel which i would recommend.

Stay with son for a few days away. Hotel is brilliantly central a couple of minutes from the Cathedral and 10 minutes walk from the central market. The roof bar is a great place to have a drink amd snack.

The hotel is in a great location very near to the cathedral and within walking distance of many key attractions. The hotel staff were all excellent and helpful. The rooms were spacious with a well equipped kitchenette, sofa and the beds really comfortable however for a 6 night stay the wardrobe space was limited and definitely not enough hangers or sockets The bathroom was spacious with a great shower. The hotel has a roof terrace with a small pool, a few sunbeds and sitting area with tables where breakfast and drinks can be had and which had excellent views of the city. Also on the same floor inside is the breakfast room and bar which is very pleasant. Overall we had a fantastic stay for our first time in Valencia and will definitely be going back .
