Outstanding location!

Walking distance to everything! Right in Ciutat Vella, large appartment. Although all single beds, the beds were very comfortable. The link for the 2nd payment wouldn't work, so we had to go by their office to pay. It went well, but was an inconvenience. That being said, we would absolutely rent again!

Communication with property faulty

Had to contact Vrbo to get property to meet us to check in even though we let them know our ETA. Apartment had sewer-like smell which when we talked to property manager merely shrugged his shoulders. Apartment had broken latch on hall bath but otherwise in good repair.

Valencia, nur Lage gut.

Positiv: Kurze Wege zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Negativ: 1. Nur zwei Zimmer mit ausreichendem Tageslicht. Rest mit sehr kleinen Fenstern zu engen Hinterhöfen. Dunkelste Ferienwohnung, die wir jemals hatten. 2. Wohnung abgewohnt (z.B. Schranktüren in der Küche defekt, Kaffeemaschine nicht funktionstüchtig, Schiebetür blockiert, Fliesen locker, Spiegel teilweise blind, Tische aufgequollen und verkratzt, Sofa fleckig) 3. Duschen indiskutabel: Fugen und Fliesen schimmelig und schwarz, Schiebetüren verschimmelt, dreckig und undicht. 4. Schlafräume direkt am Treppenhaus und dadurch sehr laut. Unangenehme Badezimmer- und Laufgeräusche aus der oberen Wohnung.

Fantastic Apartment in a Terrific Location

Lokatie zeer goed. Mooi appartement. Aan alles is gedacht. Zoals bijvoorbeeld thee, suiker, afwasmiddel en blokjes voor de vaatwasser. Enige puntje van kritiek is dat aangegeven in de tekst dat er nederlandse televisie is maar dat is niet zo. Maar Valencia is zo mooi dat televisie kijken zonder is van je tijd.
