Chambre introuvable. Code de boîte à clef qui ne fonctionne pas. Personnel incapable de nous apporter de l’aide lorsque nous les joint nos au téléphone. Contraints de trouver un autre l’hôtel à 23j. Nous avons fait une requête pour être remboursé, nous sommes toujours en attente d’une réponse de la part de l’hôtel.

Belle appartement situé près de la plage. Il y une laveuse à linge ce qui est très pratique. Belle décoration. Il manquait un sèche-cheveux Rue passante alors c’est un peu bruyant.

Zum Positiven zuerst: Die Wohnung war sauber, schön und schlicht eingerichtet. Es gab alle Kochuntensilien und saubere Handtücher. Das Bett war auch einigermaßen bequem. Ansonsten hier ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge bzw. Kritik: Es war unfassbar laut und man konnte nachts deswegen nicht schlafen. Ausserdem waren wir neben dem Haupteingang, sodass man ständig Leute gehört hat, die den Pin falsch eingeben. Der Mechanismus ist noch ausbaufähig und sollte korrigiert werden. Außerdem ist mehrmals in der Nacht das Licht im Flur angegangen, ohne dass wir etwas getan haben. Dadurch konnten wir noch weniger schlafen. Für das Erdgeschoss empfiehlt es sich Milchglas zu nehmen, da man sonst nie die Fenster öffnen kann, weil alle reinschauen. Wir waren etwas traurig, ständig im Dunkeln zu sein.

Absolut keine Empfehlung Wir hatten ein Basic Studio mit Kitchenette und Balkon/Patio gebucht. Bekommen haben wir nur ein kleines Doppelzimmer ohne Küche, ohne Balkon, nur mit einem winzigen Fenster und kaum Tageslicht. Besonders ärgerlich: Erst beim Check-in erfuhren wir von diesem „Upgrade nach unten“. Alternativ wurde uns nur die Stornierung angeboten – am Anreisetag, ohne realistische Chance, noch etwas Vergleichbares zu finden. Das Hotel war nicht einmal bereit, den Preisunterschied zwischen Studio und Doppelzimmer zu erstatten. Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig (schmutzige Handtücher). Für uns insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Tipp an andere: Genau hinschauen und vorsichtig sein bei der Buchung. Expedia war zwar bemüht und stand in Kontakt mit dem Hotel, konnte jedoch leider keine Lösung oder angemessene Erstattung erreichen. Insgesamt sehr unzufriedenstellend
