  • Stay in a beautiful 1928 apartment that has been thoughtfully renovated by an architect to preserve its historic character while adding the comforts of a modern home and the feel of a small boutique hotel. The bright living space opens onto a charming terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner al fresco, and is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city or the beach.

    Please note that the ground-floor backyard and swimming pool are not accessible from the apartment.

    Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright, open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a private terrace—the perfect spot to enjoy Valencia’s sunshine and Mediterranean climate all year round. On this main floor, you’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable double bedroom with a 150×200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom.



    A staircase leads to the upper loft level, ideal for families. One bedroom features a 180×200 cm king-size bed, a trundle bed with two single mattresses (90×190 cm), and an en-suite bathroom. From the loft hallway, you can access another full bathroom and an additional bedroom with two large single beds (110×200 cm).
