la struttura prenotata non era disponibile e ci hanno dato un appartamento più piccolo che, dopo la prima notte, ci siamo fatti cambiare!! Sono stati molto veloci a trovare un’altra sistemazione anche migliore di quella che avevamo prenotato!! L’unica cosa negativa è stata la pulizia dell’appartamento! Davvero sporco pulito male! Pavimenti sporchi tavolo e sedie unti e pieni di molliche! Divano idem pieno di peli e molliche! Asciugamani non lavati bene!! I responsabili della struttura, persone molto gentili e disponibili, dovrebbero controllare il personale che pulisce!!!

THE WORST APARTAMENT I EVER STAYED IN. The apartament is good looking but the air conditioning system is broken and THE WHOLE FLOOR WAS FULL OF WATER whenever we turned it on... THE DOOR WAS BROKEN AND THERE WAS NO WAY TO CLOSE IT COMPLETELY IF YOU EVER WANTED TO GET BACK IN BECAUSE IT WOULDN’t OPEN. The first night we founded it out, WE WERE LEFT OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE WITH NO WAY TO GET IN AND NO ONE WAS ANSWERING US, until we didn’t call a faber to open it even after this NO ONE EVER ANSWERED US OR CONTACTED US

The area was decent, the apartment was clean however the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable and the fridge make some strange noises during the night so we ended up having a terrible sleep. For this reason I would not stay there again.

Prezzo ottimo, posizione comoda sia per raggiungere il centro coi mezzi che la spiaggia e oceanografica. A 5 minuit a piedi dai gairdini. Metropolitana vicina (5minuti), bus vicinissimo con diverse linee strategiche . Appartamento molto ampio con arredamento nuovo, pulito il giusto, dotato di tutti servizi.

Fantastic 5 Start!

Just Wow, 10/10, we were well looked after, communication on where to pick keys up was amazing. I E mailed a week before & was given clear simple inctructions. I honestly cannot thank them enough, best experience on apartments I have and I have been around. Apartment owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. If you want a stress free, clean apartment, which is value for money, The is it! 10min wAlk to Metro station which gets you in/to the Airport. Also 10min wAlk to the Valencia’s Football stadium. Very easy to get into central, you will not be disappointed at all.

De locatie is perfect, het appartement ruim en doelmatig. Een kapstok of haken om je jas op te hangen zou een simpele,maar grote verbetering zijn, Ook wijnglazen. en een kleinere steelpan.. Twee theedoeken iin de week is ook geen luxe...

casa a metà strada tra centro e mare

Soggiorno piacevole trovato appartamento con facilità, un po’ meno l’ingresso in quanto x poter entrare bisogna chiamare ad un numero per avere un codice per aprire il portoncino e purtroppo abbiamo dovuto fare un bel po’ di chiamate prima che qualcuno rispondesse. Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto biancheria compresa. A pochi passi supermercato e bar.

Spettacolare.

Spettacolare. A cominciare dal check-in, con codici per entrare ed avere le chiavi dell'appartamento , la vista di questo, ben arredato ,pulito e accessoriato . Le camere al piano rialzato, due bagni, lavatrice insomma come a casa. 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro , comodissima per andare in centro e non. Autobus più vicini anche se non li abbiamo usati. Cortesia anche se ci siamo sentiti solo per telefono, e in italiano. Insomma molto soddisfatti e certamente da riprenotare se trovassimo a Valencia.

Tosi siisti, tilava ja kiva huoneisto lähellä tiedekeskusta. Sisäänpääsy toimi hyvin pelkällä puhelinsoitolla. Mukavat sängyt ja untuvapeitot. Tulen toistekin.

Hotel bien situado, pero el personal bastante mal.

Alquilamos el apartamento y al día siguiente después de ordenarlo todo en su sitio nos hacen cambiar de habitación de nuevo a empacar y trasladarnos, nos entraron en la habitación sin consentimiento a llevarse cosas de un departamento a otro y cuando se lo dijimos solo obtuvimos un lo siento lo siento, eso no esta bien señores, la intimidad de los clientes es primordial. La mampara de la ducha perdía agua pot todos lados... vamos un poco de silicona lo soluciona. En fin lo salva como dije la ubicación que está a un paso todo. por lo demás la cocina está bien equipada, la cama principal está bien, la del sillón para dormir es un horror pero bueno por el precio es lo que hay.
