Very good! I had a wonderful experience at NH Valencia! Friendly and professional staff. Spotless, modern, and comfortable room. The location was perfect — close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city and back to to Airport. Breakfast was excluded while booking for our stay, but with €11 pp for breakfast was great: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. I left feeling refreshed, well taken care of, and recommending NH Valencia for anyone looking for quality, comfort, and great service in the heart of the city!

This hotel is outdated and needs alot if work. There are stairs to reception so you need to grab your suitcases and take them down with you. Elevator doesn’t go down to the reception from entrance of the building. The room is spacious and very basic but great for a few days stay. It is amazingly close distance (5 min walk) to the science Centre which takes a whole day to see, but far from old town. It is not close to the beach either. It is a 15 to 20 min taxi ride. Not much food and restaurants around except for locals and one cafe. Shopping is a good 20 min walking distance. Over all not bad for the price. Staff not very helpful. Reception wanted to charge me for the breakfast we never had when I went to check out.

This property is just a few mins walk from the Art and Science Museum - if you are planning to spend a few days in the area, this is perfect. There isn’t much amenities in the hotel but they have a decent breakfast. There are lots of restaurants around the area.

First, the rooms are tiny- but that’s okay. We lost power in our room one day, and, the worst part—- there are bed bugs!!! I got home and there were bites all over mine and my husband’s body. Do not stay here. Gross

I like the way everything was set up in the room, but I like to let you know the sometimes maintenance personal must check the heather on the showers we just have a little incident there in our room, but we enjoy our stayed there and everything else was wonderful, I will recommend it to everyone for their vacations needs. I will be back next time.

Perfect location for the purpose of my trip

Ideal location to be based for visiting the City of Arts and Sciences. As I was travelling solo, I booked a single room but in hindsight I wished I had booked a double room just for having a little more space. I missed not having a fridge in the room but it wasn't a big deal. My room faced the main road so there were occasions were it was noisy but traffic did subside late into the evening. Staff were very polite and efficient in processing my booking on arrival and encountered no issues with my room during my stay. I would definitely consider a return but would book a double room and request a room in a different part of the hotel
