  • Spacious apartment decorated for the enjoyment of dream days on the beach of Saler. Full equipped. In the natural environment of Lake Albufera and La Devesa. 10 minutes from Valencia. We have football field, basketball court, swimming pool, gardens and playground. Ideal for 5 people, although 7 can be accommodated as there is a sofa bed. We recommend the walk through the Mediterranean pine forests or in the sand of the beach. The hosts are at the disposal of the guests to inform you and assist you in anything you need to know.

Incredible beachfront penthouse minutes from Valencia!

This was a great property to unwind, relax and enjoy as our family wound down our 2 week trip through Spain. We were thoroughly impressed with the property layout along with the responsiveness and help of our host and his colleague. We really enjoyed the property and also were happy to have included parking adjacent to the building for our rental car (the only spot on our trip where that happened). We would highly recommend for anyone, 5-stars!

Clean, modern condo. In a nature park - across from the beach. Easy parking onsite. Luis is a great host. Would recommend. TV is smart and can login to Netflix, Apple. Air con works well. 10 min to large grocery store and mall, 15 min to the center of Valencia. The overall apartment building is a bit dated but this condo is very modern.

Amazing Views!

The views are even more amazing than the pictures are able to show! Beautiful ocean view, view of the city which is especially pretty at night, and of the Albufera. Eric and Luis were very welcoming and were excellent at communicating and helping with questions.

Top floor apt with 270 degree views, not only of the beach which was just across the road, but we could see the skyline of Valencia 10 miles to the north, and the large lake that is part of the Albufera Nature Preserve from the back. Clean, modern, comfortable. It was a relaxing break from our fast-paced sightseeing. Loved eating at the apartment and watching the sunset. Valencia is a lovely city. Note the small grocery nearby closes from 2 to 6 pm. Hosts were very pleasant and accomodating providing beach towels. You can buy a beach umbrella at the small grocery.

Ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Prachtig uitzicht en strand op loopafstand. Ook zwembad beschikbaar. 20 minuten vanaf Valencia. Huurauto is wel aan te bevelen.

Nous avons appreciez notre sejour. L'appartement est tres propre et je suis très regardant. Belle vue au 12e et dernier étage entre plage et rizières

Séjour très reposant, très belle vue (si on n’a pas le vertige !). Grande piscine, randonnées dans les marais. Pas de station essence à proximité et petit commerce à 10 minutes. Évitez le restaurant de plage DUNA cher et pas accueillant.

Wenn die äußerst sympathischen und liebenswerten Vermieter die Unterkunft als Luxuswohnung bezeichnen, übertreiben sie in keiner Weise. Ein großzügiges und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltetes Appartement, das nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt, geht einher mit einem traumhaften Panoramaausblick auf das Mittelmeer und auf den Albufera- Nationalpark. Von allen Wohnungen, die wir bislang über FeWo-direkt gebucht haben, war diese die in jeder Hinsicht beeindruckendste.

Tranquilidad con las mejores vistas al mar

A unos 20 minutos de Valencia se encuentra este maravilloso piso, bonito, elegante y muy coqueto. En las fotos se ve bien pero en persona es aun, mejor las vistas son celestiales, recomiendo levantarse al alba para poder disfrutarlas una vez mínimo. Eric nuestra persona de contacto fue muy amable y a pesar que llegamos algo tarde nos espero con una sonrisa para hacer el check-in, nos explico como funcionaba el piso. Si es la primera vez que vas a ir a disfrutar de este maravilloso piso, solo te recomiendo que seas respetuoso con el ruido para poder tener una excelente armonía con los vecinos que están un piso más abajo. Solo Sabemos que esperamos tener otra oportunidad para volver a valencia y avisar a eric que volvemos para disfrutar de su inmueble.
