Very pleasant clean quiet apartment with all the essentials provided. Good location, grocery shop near by and dining options within 5-10min walk. Bike hire near by, we as family with 2 kids enjoyed cycling to the beach (40min).

The property was modern with everything you would need for a self catering break. Located in a local residential which felt safe, there were good links to all the attractions, the stations and airport along with supermarket’s, grocery stores, bars and restaurants.

Fabulous apartment. So spacious and with everything you need for a short or long stay. Great shower with both a waterfall and normal option. Huge too. Bed very comfortable and option on pillows and a throw on the sofa for cosy TV watching. Great 7th floor terrace with tables and chairs. Take your own drink up there and relax. Bar opposite, Mercadona a few centres across the road, and turn left out of the building for Riccardo’s restaurant - a must. Easy to walk along Calle de Quart to the old town heart with lots to see. A must is the Central Market. Visit lots! So much to see and do in this wonderful city and with the beach a short bus ride away. Two small things to fix: threshold (floor strip) into bathroom needs sticking down (trip hazard), and the panels (kick boards) in the kitchen area and falling down.

It did the job

Communication with staff was poor. Room was really nice, good view. Given how long we were staying and with with a child, we were given almost no resources or information to maintain/upkeep the house. Front door to building is broken and was often left unsecured.

Fine location in a Residential area. Close to center and supermarket. Fine kitchen equipment. When I arrived the floor was very dirty. After mid week cleaning, everything was VERY clean. Hot water was random and some elevators issues. I will recommend this place in Valencia.

Okay place to stay, great location

Didn’t receive any check in details so when we arrived I had to call them and they sent it to me. Fire alarm for building went off on our last morning as another guest burnt some toasts. Not the fault of the apartment but might have been nice to have received an email post-event given we were outbound for a while, had fire alarm going off for 2 hours and no working lift when we went to leave. The property is modern and up to date and yet is in a very traditional part of Valencia. There is a fantastic bakery, fruit shop and decent supermarket all within a three minute walk of the property. We had visited Valencia before, so knew thr layout of the city and our property was very accessible to the centre(and only five minutes away from the wonderful Botanic Gardens). I really appreciated the powerful hairdryer!! The only criticism is that we could not get the stove top to work; instructions explaining that would be useful. A wonderful apartment and we will.definitely be back!!

Our room was modern and pleasant. Having the amenities of a studio flat was ideal for us and far better than a hotel for our needs. The online service hub sorted out our request promptly. The property is within ten minutes walk of the Old City in a nice neighbourhood. You do need to cross a very busy road five minutes walk away. Its greatest asset of the property is the closeness to Jardín del Turia, Valencia's linear park down the old river course. We walked or cycled there every day.There's one of Valencia's best bakeries almost next door to the apartment building and a supermarket two minutes walk away. We walk and cycle everywhere in Valencia, but you could use a taxi. The metro was not available during our visit, but is a short walk away. That usually get you from and to the airport in a few minutes. We would stay here again on our next visit.

I stayed here for about a week and loved this place so much! It’s super close to a cafe round the corner, groceries are nearby and easy access to transport too! Lovely terrace view and most of all I felt super safe! The area is really nice, mostly with locals! I wish the place had an iron so I could iron my clothes haha but other than that it was perfect! Would 100% come back again.
