Great location but needs serious help with amenities
Let’s start off with the positives. The apartment was in a great location on the top floor and beautifully appointed. However, when we asked for directions for parking, we told the host that we had rented a car and they failed to tell us that there was a parking garage, 1/2 block away from the unit. We ended up parking over five blocks away and had to haul all of our luggage to the apartment which could’ve been easily avoided if they had given us the parking structure directions. Upon arrival the kitchen sink was completely plugged and backed up. We could not use it at all for the entirety of our stay. The electricity went out five or six times throughout our stay we were only there for two days. They refused to give us any sort of credit for the inconvenience. There are also no condiments meaning no salt no pepper no olive oil not even soap to wash your hands at the kitchen sink. Even though this place was in a prime location, they definitely need to make some serious upgrades and adjustments and repairs to make the place livable.
Upon check out, we let them know about the clogged sink and they did nothing about it as far as a credit.
