Spectacular duplex apartment, located in the Cabanyal neighborhood, is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen open to the living room with access to a balcony. It has air conditioning and free WiFi. Its excellent location makes it a perfect option for a stay in Valencia since it is 4 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, with a bus and tram stop a few meters away and very close to the Polytechnic University.

Very bright duplex apartment located in Cabanyal, 250 meters walk from the beach facing east, which allows you to enjoy relaxation due to its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea and at the same time, given its proximity to the La Malvarrosa neighborhood and the universities, it has With all the services of: bus stops, supermarkets, numerous restaurants and entertainment venues.

- Bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower, large sink, toilet and mirror.



1st FLOOR:

- Beautiful master bedroom with the charm of a sloping ceiling and ensuite bathroom. Accessed by stairs, 160x200 cm double bed, open wardrobe and ceiling fan with remote control.

- Bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower, large sink, toilet, mirror, closet where the washing machine is located. It has a window to the interior patio (where the clothesline is located).



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen utensils: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand gel and shampoo. Coffee capsules and 1.5l mineral water bottle.

The neighborhood:

Located in the maritime neighborhood of Cabañal, founded by fishermen in the 19th century. XIX and composed of narrow and long streets of low buildings parallel to the Port of Valencia and the sea and frequently portrayed by the painter Sorolla and the writer Blasco Ibañez. This is an emblematic neighborhood, especially now, because it is undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation of facades and interiors after having been deteriorated in previous decades. Its resurgence has turned it into a lively area in terms of leisure and culture, it is the currently fashionable neighborhood, due to the social awareness that the importance of the traditional and the authentic has generated. With the reopening of the Musical Theater and La Fábrica de Hielo, Valencia's newest cultural offering has its epicenter in El Cabañal. In terms of gastronomy, this is a neighborhood of homemade food and seafood, as well as highly valued places where you can go for beers and tapas.



All this without leaving aside the privilege of being 10 minutes walk from the popular Las Arenas beach in Valencia, which is undoubtedly the one with the most family and leisure facilities in the city (swings, restaurants specialized in paella, market on the promenade...)

In addition, La Marina (a luxurious and exclusive area created to host the Formula 1 circuit) and the Port of Valencia, with its emblematic sheds and modernist buildings, are also accessible within a 10-minute walk.

Due to its location to the north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point to visit the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north of it: Port Saplaya, whose peculiar urban planning has earned it the nickname “little Venice”; El Puig, with its 13th century monastery or Sagunto, a historic city presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, among others.

Perfect

Beautiful apartment. Everything looks neat, clean, and brand new. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The washing machine is convenient to have. The location is very close to the beach, and the metro is also nearby, making it easy to visit the city center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
