Charming penthouse in the heart of Valencia's historic center, between the Serranos Towers and Plaza de la Virgen, on an elegant, quiet, and traffic-free street. Ideally located just steps from the Carmen neighborhood, monuments, and the Turia Gardens, with the metro nearby.



Situated on the third floor of a traditional early 20th-century building (no elevator), this loft-style apartment was formerly part of a ham factory and has been completely renovated, preserving original features such as wooden ceilings and exposed brick walls. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two balconies, and a spacious 40 m² private terrace with partial views of the Serranos Towers.



It includes air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. Parking is available upon request and subject to availability. A comfortable, bright, and characterful space, ideal for enjoying Valencia on foot.

Good central property

Nice apartment. Good location and a great base for both exploring or cooking and resting on the evenings you wish to relax. Would have liked more clarity about Sunday check in additional fee before booking (we might have stayed another night if we had known this), but other than that, no issues. Valencia is a great city.

Great two week stay

This property is described very well and you will not be disappointed in booking the apartment. Everything you need to absorb a true vacation in Valencia is conveniently located within walking distance. Upon arrival with a suitcase, the walk up to the apartment was a bit difficult, but I am in my 70’s and made it! The area is very safe and I hope to return. to the apartment require

Nice flat overall, but …

The flat is well designed and in a good location for restaurants and sights. Warning: It is 54 steps up, and the outside space is nice but noisy due to a school’s playground being right below. The sliding glass doors and the bedroom’s balcony doors are soundproof . Again, nice but for the price, we expected more than two bath towels & one hand towel.and an extra set of bed pillows? Plus an oversight in that there was no shower gel in the shower, and hot water doesn’t last for two showers. Also, there were very tiny ants in the bathroom and bedroom.
