- Upstairs, you’ll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including:
• The King Suite — your private sanctuary with a Jacuzzi bath, rainfall shower, his-and-hers sinks, and a sun-soaked balcony made for slow afternoons and a glass of something delicious.

The remaining three bright bedrooms (two doubles + one twin) each feature Juliet balconies and share a spacious bathroom.

Downstairs, a double bedroom provides convenient access to a walk-in shower room— perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

We had an amazing stay at the villa in Valencia. Leon was extremely attentive and always available for whatever we needed. Beautiful villa. Would love to come back again in the summer.

Great space for families

Really enjoyed staying in the house for a couple weeks. It was perfect for our family needing multiple rooms. Grocery store, parks and cafes all within walking distance. Felt very safe and secure staying. Would rent again if we ever go back to València!

Making Memories to Last a Lifetime

I cannot begin to express how much we loved our time in Katie and Leon's home in Valencia. They were wonderful hosts who remained available throughout our entire visit for questions and recommendations. The home was spectacular with enough room to comfortably fit our family of 9. It was a wonderful mix of historic charm and personality with modern day conveniences. Perhaps the best decision we made this trip was to have Chef Leon do a private dinner and wine pairing. It was truly in the top 5 best nights of our lives. After a long day of sightseeing and traveling from Madrid, we were wowed by his talent in the kitchen and Kaite's hospitality. If you have the time and ability to consider this add on, I promise you it will be well worth your time and expense. We absolutely loved the outdoor space as well - what a relaxing way to enjoy the day after visiting the beautiful neighborhoods of Valencia.
