You will have access to the entire home and outdoor areas. We have a locked closet in the hallway. Our cleaners keep their supplies in this closet. Please do not attempt to open or unlock it.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just off Eager Road, offering a peaceful setting with easy access to everything Valdosta has to offer. You’re only 4 minutes from South Georgia Medical Center (SGMC) and a short drive to Valdosta State University (VSU), downtown dining, shopping, and local parks. It’s a convenient, central spot that’s ideal for both short visits and extended stays.

Getting Around

The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate by foot or car. It’s a quick drive to Downtown Valdosta for restaurants, shopping, and local coffee. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.

Parking

Guests have access to private on-site parking directly at the home, with room for multiple vehicles. Parking is simple and convenient during your stay.

In an effort to keep the property more secure, we have installed a Ring doorbell camera at the front door.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside of the house. If you must smoke, please do so out by your car in the driveway. There will be a $150 penalty charged against the security deposit if the house has been smoked in.
