"The perfect hotel if you need to be close to the train to get in and around Venice and the neighboring islands. One precaution: We were traveling in a large group (10 adults, each with a suitcase and a carry-on) and we were advised that we could not use the free shuttle for the airport. "We booked this place last minute, driving from Florence towards Venice. We arrived at 10 pm, super easy check in and self parking was a breeze. This is an old villa on a large property. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, it has a golf course, good size swimming pool, old huge trees, a pond and some walking trails within the property. The building is an old villa with elegant old fashioned decor. We stayed in one of the villa suites. Comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was very good and it was included in the price for us. Staff is professional and friendly. We liked our stay here and would recommend to others. "

"This is an excellent place to stay. Clean room and excellent staff. Hotel restaurant offers excellent food as well. The property is not within walking distance to town so you need a taxi or other transport."
