- Located within walking distance to Town and Old Town Valdez, hidden within the treeline of Mineral Creek Loop Road. Amentities include: 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, large living room with a large TV all fully furnished. Home office equipped with fiber optic internet. Kitchen is fully equipped and ready to fix your catch of the day, large laundry/mud room, even has another stove/oven, sink and large freezer. The back porch has the perfect view to watch the sunset and there is also an outdoor firepit in the back yard.
