Hotel was fantastic, however 2 things were unacceptable...
1) We had the family room, and after traveling ALL day in 101 degrees, one side didn't have air, so we did NOT have a good nights sleep.
2) We got in late and got up to the rooftop at 10:30pm for dinner/drinks (our last night in Spain). While we appreciate expedited line placement, we were not acknowledged for drinks or order for 25+ minutes~

I have never stayed in a hotel that 2 minutes after you make a call for particular service that staff was already on top of it. Amazing treatment, amazing service, I really really enjoy the area. This property is a must

"It was closed. I was waiting behind door at 19.01, as instructions says. Nobody answered, even call. I must leave from there, and find new place before darkness and night... it was nightmare, unfortunately. Driving for next place 64 km, it was not relevant...."
