The house is located in an interior village but very close to the coast in western Asturias. Located in a rural village, where there are still people working in agriculture and livestock. The house is the beginning of last century but renovated in 2012, in a cozy apartment, where it mixes old and modern, with ample parking and barbecue outside to enjoy the outdoors.

Idyllic Setting

Maria del Carmen's lodging was in the beautiful Asturias countryside, near Novellana, which is an approximate 20-minute drive from the residence. The casa itself is relatively new and well-equipped with a bedroom, family room, kitchen, and clothes washing machine. When we weren't travelling around, we spent our time gazing out the large picture-window at the corn, cows, and horses in nearby properties. Overall, a lovely stay and well-worth your time.

Rural property in a tiny farming community in the Asturian countryside

We stayed at this house for 5 nights in june.We received a very warm welcome from the owners.It is immaculately cleam,comfortable and contemporary.It is approximately 1/2 hr away from a large supermarket but that drive is through gorgeous countryside and piine scented forests.We found that it was a good base to visit all the local attractions.Our only observation was that the washing machine is not within the property but located in a room attached to the owner's property therefore access is limited if the owners are away.

La casa del monte

La casa es un placer para los sentidos. Llena de ventanas al paisaje y con todos los detalles. Un colchón super cómodo para dejar volar los sueños y un silencio que sólo rompen los pájaros. A tan sólo veinte minutos de rincones de costa y de montaña. Cudillero, oviñana, Soto de luiña, lamuño, Luarca. Playas maravillosas, acantilados, un descanso para el cuerpo y el alma.
