Her communication was excellent throughout, she was always quick to respond, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. She was incredibly kind, understanding and supportive, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. "Great house for families, we met Thomas briefly after check in. He generously provided a welcome basket and extra tractors for 2 year old to play with. Well equipped house with lots of space. Good for peaceful countryside holidaying, large garden and many games and activities. Nearby river canoeing from Ruffec. Certain aspects need a little tlc but you will have a great time here"

"This is essentially a commercial hotel attached to a transport restaurant. Five star luxury it is not but my wife and I loved it. The room was clean, well decorated and stylish. The shower worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife felt a little out of place amongst all the lorry drivers but they were all very nice and one very large one carried both of my suitcase up stairs for me. Wonderful when you are 80. Breakfast was served outside. It was lovely. It is in a small, very French, town and the parking is easy. 24 hr access with a door code. Nothing to complain about at all."
