The staff were very helpful and amazing. We managed to get the last minute tickets to the Lindt chocolate factory. The coffee machine downstairs was too good with variety selection.

Everything was good, the room very clean, comfortable, warm and quiet. Even if we were in the city center, we didn't feel it. If you are. Very sensitive, they have earplugs. The breakfast was good and fresh, but it's vegetarian, so don't expect meat. Staff are not all the time there, but they send you the information before arriving to do the check-in and open the doors. Everything is very close to the hotel. The train station is only 5-7 minutes away, there are restaurants, souvenir shops and everything nearby.

The hotel was centrally located in Zurich with easy access to main points of interest and public transportation. My room was very small, however it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff of the property are excellent, kind, helpful , professional and friendly. The breakfast was great with many choices of food and eggs/omelette made to your choice. Overall it was a very good stay at Best Western Zurcherhof in Zurich

This was my second time staying here, and I was very happy this time. The young lady working the check in desk was very friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the hotel staff I interacted with. The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel is in a great location, near the train station, many restaurants and shops, and only a few minutes walk to the lake. I would stay here again.
