"great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. "On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. I ordered some food and I was offered microwave chicken and raw fish where I ordered a glass of wine , I was only offered a full bottle. Upon asking...

"When we arrived we were very tired from traveling. We opened the door to this amazing suite and felt so blessed! We each took turns soaking for an hour in the enormous in room bath. The food at the in house restaurant was superb! Augustine I believe is the name of our server both at dinner and breakfast and he was wonderful! Gave us great meal selections and was very kind and welcoming. Definitely as asset! We also had breakfast buffet the next morning before our days touring of castles and again it did not disappoint. Just a beautiful hotel, impeccably decorated and so comfortable. We would give 10 stars if we could. "
