"By & large the staff were excellent & very courteous as well as helpful. This a lovely property that we use as a transit stop to & fro Ooty, annually. Excellent breakfast too. No time to try out all the amenities."

"It’s in a remote place for network will be an issue The management is very poor as it is managed by bunch of boys The room doesn’t have keys to lock Food service is very poor and not good Still there is scope for improvement and can be organized better"
