Preis-Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung, aber am Morgen um 7 Uhr hat man deutlich einen lauten Bass gehört. Für eine Nacht absolut ausreichend und gemütlich. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre mir der TV und das Badezimmer zu klein. Treppenaufgang in den 1. Stock sehr schmal, kein Lift vorhanden. Schöne kleine Lounge für am Abend. Es war okay-sauber, etwas älter eingerichtet. Frühstück war gut, Personal freundlich.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Etagenbad ok. Das Personal hat keine Ahnung von Gastronomie. Die Gäste werden im Restaurant empfangen, mit Personal das keine Ahnung hat. Von Datenschutz haben die noch nie gehöhrt! Das Frühstück ist ok, jedoch sind die Tische nicht vorbereitet. Die Gäste müssen das Geschirr und Besteck selber zusammen suchen. Die Kaffemaschine ist nicht für ein Gastrobetrieb geeignet. Das Personal ist nicht geschult! Fazit: Billige Unterkunft sauberes Zimmer ohne Service. Würde es niemandem Empfehlen. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht!

Wir haben drei Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Bei der Ankunft herrschte ein kleines Durcheinander mit den Buchungen, allerdings wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Weil wir noch warten mussten, bis unser Zimmer bezugsbereit war, hat man uns als kleine Entschuldigung ein Bier offeriert. Wir haben uns dazu entschieden, am Abend jeweils im Hotel zu essen. Dass wir nicht wählen konnten was wir essen möchten hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Dass das Essen immer kalt war schon eher, da pro Essen CHF 29.00 verrechnet werde. Das Zimmer war sauber und so ausgestattet wie erwartet. Leider waren die Mattrazen sehr hart. Den Lärm der Strasse hörte man bei geschlossenen Fenstern dafür kaum. Ausserdem herrscht bei Nacht nur sehr wenig Verkehr. Am Tag der Abreise wollten wir noch das Essen und die Getränke bezahlen, welche wir konsumiert hatten. Da sagte man uns, wir können einen beliebigen Betrag geben, da das Hotel eigentlich noch gar nicht geöffnet war und wir so nicht das "volle Programm" hatten. Fazit: wer's gediegen mag ist hier sicherlich an der falschen Adresse. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise reicht das 1-Stern Hotel völlig aus, mehr Nächte würden wir abe4

Katastrophal

Die Zimmer wurden nie aufgeräumt und gereinigt, es gab keine frische Badetücher und auch keine frische Bettwäsche. Frühstück dürftig bis schlecht.Nicht geheizt und kaltes Wasser. Nachtvorhänge im Zimmer heruntergerissen. Kaffee beim Frühstück wird separat verrechnet. EC und Kreditkarte konnten zur Bezahlung nicht benützt werden.

Im Val de Travers, Jura.

Der Service im Hotel und Restaurant ist freundlich und angenehm. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und in den übrigen Hotelräumen ist makellos. Der Komfort unseres Zimmers entspricht in etwa einem 3-Sterne Hotel, dürfte aber noch ein wenig angehoben werden. Insbesondere ein neuer Anstrich des Zimmers und neue Betten würden den Zustand des Zimmers deutlich verbessern und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste steigern. Die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert, so dass der nahe Durchgangsverkehr nicht stört.

Die Lage ist nicht berauschend, direkt an der Strasse. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und der Check-in hat trotz geschlossener Reception bestens geklappt. Unkompliziert und eine sehr gute Wahl für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise.
