"Sofa sehr fleckig und durchgesessen, Backbleche und Teile des Geschirrs dreckig, Betten zu eng für zwei Erwachsene, eins sehr weich das andere quitschte [Metallgestell] bei jeder Bewegung, Zentralheizung war unserer Auffassung nach keine Zentralheizung da sie nur Bad und Flur beheizte, Heizradiatoren ..."
