this was our worst experience , we showed up at the gate and no one available for our check-in . only a guest answered & we tried to reach the owner without any success. we had to find another place to stay NOT RECOMMENDED & ASKING FOR THE FULL REFUND . how do we proceed for reimbursement

Wunderbares Haus in toller Lage!
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, es gab sogar einen Aufstellpool!! Die Kinder fanden ihn super! Absolut zu empfehlen!
