The entire Staff made sure that the entire trip was fun and amazing. A big shout out to the entire Staff as they were all very caring and made our stay very comfortable."

"The hotel has excellent sea views. There are plenty of staff, all very polite and helpful. The infinity pools were fantastic. The only issue we had was that we felt the air conditioning was too cold in the lobby, restaurants and bedroom. An adjustment was made to our room AC, but unfortunately it could not be completely turned off, so always felt cooler. Due to the large floor to ceiling windows, you cannot open the windows to allow heat in."

"The staff and service was incredible. They were so attentive to detail. They made our girls trip so memorable. They even sent us a printed picture that was taken on our arrival. They sent a heating pad when my sister was sick. The breakfast spread was one of the best buffets I’ve ever eaten at. The pool looked amazing, unfortunately could not use due to chlorine levels. But regardless this property is a must stay! Can not recommend this place enough"

We been there for 2 nights it would have been good if we came at right season as it is mansoon all the beach activities are closed. Would definitely recommend this resort but come any time from Oct if looking for beach activities, during mansoon time it will be more of relaxation. The staff were very helpful. Special thanks to chef’s, cater according to our special needs"

"When we first checked in to the hotel (rooms 333 and 334), the rooms were clearly not dusted in a while (could see visible dust on the nightstands, lamps, water bottles, rods in bathroom etc.). The sofa had large spots and were dirty. The WiFi was spotty too (general property had 30+MBps while the room had a weak ~1MBps had frequent connection drops). We immediately called the reception and let them know about the issue. We felt we booked the wrong place for our stay. The staff's reaction turned the experience for us. They listened, they remembered and helped us move to a room that was according to our expectations. There was no follow up required, everything was seamless. They showed us the cleaned room before having us move. On the next day, they followed up by asking if we had a comfortable stay and according to our liking! The hotel has otherwise clean amenities. Our kids loved the swimming pool that had multiple depths catering to all ages. The kids had a good time at the activity center as well. The breakfast (and dinner) spread was amazing! The staff, especially Rocky, was super friendly. The chef paid extra attention to my father-in-law who had special food needs and customized the menu for him. All in all a highly recommended place. I will come back."

"Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea. Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive. This resort is highly recommended."
